关于2023届留学生考取HSK4级证书及换证事宜的通知

您好！

  随着学期的圆满结束，首先向顺利完成学业并取得结业证书的各位同学表示热烈的祝贺！您的努力与成就不仅是个人荣誉的体现，也是国际学院国际化教育成果的重要展示。

  为了进一步提升我院留学生的汉语水平，增强就业竞争力，并符合国家对留学生汉语能力的基本要求，国际学院特此敦促所有已取得结业证书的2023届留学生同学，务必尽快考取汉语水平考试（HSK）4级证书。HSK4级是衡量留学生具备基本汉语交流能力的关键指标，对于未来在华学习、工作或生活都将起到积极的促进作用。

  重要事项说明如下： 

  考取HSK4级证书：请各位同学根据自身情况，合理安排时间，报名参加最近的HSK4级考试。考试相关信息及报名渠道，请访问国家汉办官方网站或咨询国际学院教务处获取最新资讯。

  换证流程：一旦成功获得HSK4级或以上级别的证书，同学们需尽快将此证书复印件及原结业证书一并提交至云南经济管理学院国际交流与合作处。按照学院规定，完成换证申请流程后，您的结业证书将升级为正式毕业证书（或相应学历证明），此过程对于您的学历认证及未来规划至关重要。

Notice on the Issuance and Replacement of HSK Level 4 Certificate for 2023 International Student Graduation Certificate Holders

Dear 2023 international students

Hello!

  As the semester comes to a successful end, I would like to extend my warm congratulations to all the students who have successfully completed their studies and obtained their graduation certificates! Your efforts and achievements are not only a reflection of personal honor, but also an important showcase of the international education achievements of the International College.

  In order to further improve the Chinese proficiency of our international students, enhance their employment competitiveness, and meet the basic requirements of the country for their Chinese language ability, the International College hereby urges all 2023 international students who have obtained their graduation certificates to obtain the HSK Level 4 certificate as soon as possible. HSK Level 4 is a key indicator for measuring the basic Chinese communication ability of international students, which will play a positive role in promoting their future study, work, or life in China.

The important matters are as follows:

  Obtaining HSK Level 4 Certificate: Please arrange your time reasonably according to your own situation and register for the recent HSK Level 4 exam. For exam related information and registration channels, please visit the official website of Hanban or consult the Academic Affairs Office of the International College for the latest information.

  Renewal process: Once successfully obtaining a HSK level 4 or above certificate, students need to submit a copy of this certificate and the original graduation certificate to the International Exchange and Cooperation Office of Yunnan University of Economics and Management as soon as possible. According to the regulations of the college, after completing the application process for certificate replacement, your graduation certificate will be upgraded to a formal graduation certificate (or corresponding academic certificate), which is crucial for your academic certification and future planning.
